When do you ship?
Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday, and orders are typically shipped within 2 - 3 days (excluding custom orders). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will shipped on the following Monday. Orders made on holidays will begin processing the following day.
Custom orders will take longer depending on the item being made, some products are more time intensive to produce. We will notify you if there will be any delays beyond our normal shipping timeframe.
Where do you ship?
We ship domestically anywhere in the United States. We apologize to any international visitors, but we currently don't accept orders or ship outside of the United States at this time.
How do you ship?
All orders will be shipped through UPS. Shipping rates are based on a combination of box dimensions and weight. If you are ordering locally (Southeast Indiana, Cincinnati Tristate, Northern Kentucky) you have the option to pick up your order and not be charged a shipping fee.
