Petalpost Creations seeks to provide a variety of products that appeal to a lot of different tastes.  Additionally, we may accommodate personalization of our existing products or customized order requests to meet your individual needs.  We would like to answer a few questions you may have about our custom order policies.  If you have a question that is not answered below, or would like to make a custom order request, Contact Us and we will be happy to discuss it with you.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

What are your custom order policies?

All personalized or custom ordered products are hand made just for you.  These products may not be returned and sales are considered final.  Once we review your custom order request, if accepted we will provide a price quote.  A deposit of 50% is required. Upon your authorization we will then begin production.  No cancellations allowed on custom orders.

Custom orders are non-stocked items, so it will take between 2 - 4 weeks to complete your order.  
A more specific time frame will be submitted along with your price quote.  If there are any circumstances which may cause longer delays we will notify you before production begins.

How do I make a custom order?

Making a custom order is easy.  Whether it is a custom floral arrangement, woodworking project, or customized version of one of our store products, simply Contact Us with our ideas and specifications and we will let you know if we an fulfill your request.

PRODUCTS/ONLINE:

Most of our products have limited quantities available for immediate purchase.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our store for purchase.  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.  All descriptions of our products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the discretion of us.
