DIY Flower Bar Rentals
Rent my flower cart and accessories to host your own bouquet bar for your special event. Let me help you give your guests a day to remember.
Basic Rental: $75.00 12-Bucket Flower Cart Only
Deluxe Flower Bar Cart & Accessory Package Rental: This package includes our 12-bucket flower cart, display sign, instructional sign, floral scissors, twine, ribbon, flower sleeves, floral food packets, container to collect stem trimmings, 6 ft. table and delivery/removal.
Select the duration of 4, 6 or 8 hour package rental.
- 4-Hour Rental: $150.00
- 6-Hour Rental: $200.00
- 8-Hour Rental: $250.00
Note: Flowers are not included in the cart & accessory hourly rental package prices.
- Delivery, setup and pickup (within a 25 mile radius of Aurora, IN) Extra miles are priced at $1.00/per mile (each direction)
- $50.00 Deposit is required at time of booking to reserve your date and will be applied towards your total cost.
- Payment: Full payment is required 14 days prior to your event date.
- Cancellation: A 48-hour cancellation notice is required in order to receive your deposit back.
- Equipment Damage: The client will be responsible for any damage or loss to Petalpost Creations equipment due to misuse by the client or any guest of the client and in the case of theft or any damage. If damages are found, the client will incur an additional cost to fix or replace the damaged item.
All Inclusive Flower Bar
My all inclusive flower bar is more than just a decoration; it's an engaging activity that your guests will love. Petalpost Creations will provide everything you need and ensure your gathering is both memorable and beautiful. I will arrive at your location before the event to set up the flower cart, florals and essentials.
- This package includes our 12-bucket flower cart, display sign, instructional sign, floral scissors, twine, ribbon, flower sleeves, floral food packets, container to collect stem trimmings, 6 ft. table and delivery/removal.
- I hand select the best in season flowers and guarantee you will have more than enough flowers for your guests. All stems of flowers and greenery will be properly prepped and extra foliage, thorns, etc. will be removed and stems cut to length for the flower cart buckets.
- I will deliver and set up the buckets filled with fresh seasonal flowers, lush greenery and accent fillers, allowing your guests to design their own beautiful bouquets. You don't have to do anything, just tell me what time to arrive at your event.
All Inclusive Package Pricing: My full service flower bar prices can vary based on your number of guest, flowers you select and what size of bouquets you are providing for your guests.
